As a native St. Moritzer, Alexander has known the Engadin and the local real estate market for many years. Corina also grew up in the Engadin and brings her flair for design, aesthetics, and living comfort. Together, we combine local experience, personal service, and digital solutions for professional vacation rentals.
Alexander likes to travel and discover new places with interesting people. He completed his business administration degree at HSG in St. Gallen and also spent six months each in Vancouver BC and Milan. He lived and studied in Japan/Tokyo for three years to write his doctoral thesis. His favorite travel destination is Hawaii/Maui, where he travels every year for a few weeks to windsurf. He can also often be found in Italy at Lake Como.
Alexander Schmidt has been involved in the purchase and management of real estate since 1994.
Corina also loves traveling to distant countries and enjoys taking both children along. Preferred destinations are London, Hawaii, and Italy. During her travels, she always keeps an open eye for new design ideas, which she can then implement in the vacation rentals.
She worked in the beauty industry for over 30 years and ran her own business, Figaro Hair & Beauty, in St. Moritz.
